We visited Traverse City for the first time and stayed at Jess's place. The condo was very nice, updated and clean. There was a lot of thought put into the condo to ensure it is comfortable for guests. There were little sound machines in every room. That's such a minor detail but honestly goes a long way when you're out of town and used to sleeping with fans at home for the white noise. The condo is located in a great area that is very walkable to nearby restaurants and just a short bike ride to the DT area. We ate at Archies for breakfast 3 of the 5 days we were there and it is was fantastic. Rare Bird is just next door which also has a great atmosphere and food. There was plenty of space for us and our three grown children. We would definitely stay here again.

Jess was super responsive to all of my inquiries and even helped me find a coworking location so I could work locally before/after checkout. Rare Bird is an amazing restaurant nearby that I loved eating at and so convenient.

We had a great time here. It was cozy and clean. We love having two full bathrooms upstairs (and a half bath on the main floor). The area is wonderful. We walked down the road to the grocery store, downstairs for breakfast, and next door for happy hour. We didn't get around to using the bikes since we traveled with two kids, but what a great perk! You do hear some noise from the restaurant kitchen directly below and, what I believe is, a giant humming exhaust on the side of the building. We did get a couple yummy smells come in, which we welcomed! Thanks for a great time

We had a wonderful trip to Traverse City and staying at this condo was a great experience! Jess was fantastic to work with-quick, friendly responses, plenty of room in the condo and lots of little, thoughtful things to make the stay even more enjoyable! We also appreciated the binder with information and recommendations-we tried several of the restaurants and winery and loved them all. We also used the bikes provided to ride the trail to the beach which was so fun! Overall, extremely pleased with communication of host, location, cleanliness and comfort of condo, and available activities in the area. We would definitely come back!

Had an amazing stay at the condo. Location is walking distance from downtown with multiple restaurants/bars and the lake shore. What stood out in regards of location, was the fact that the condo is above Archie's social which provided the option to walk downstairs every morning and grab an amazing breakfast before heading out. The condo itself shows a lot of attention was paid to the decor and design. Wood cabinets, bathrooms and restrooms were spotless and had matching tiles and design bringing the everything together as a very high-end condo and very well worth the price! To make the stay even better, "small things" such as having car parking right in front of the entrance, clear instructions and access to trash dumpsters clearly marked near the back parking lot made the stay stress free

Loved this place! Super walkable to so many things, easy to find and super clean and welcoming. There were so many little touches that made this stay stand out. 10/10 recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay for our mom’s weekend! Jess had laid out a great binder that was very helpful, the bottle of bubbly as a little welcome gift was also a plus! We loved the space and its convenient location to everything downtown. Thanks again!!
