Other Details to Note

Dune Ranch is an experience off the beaten path, which means you may experience wildlife. The home is treated for critters on a regular basis but as you may expect living on a dune surrounded by nature, bugs and mice are sometimes spotted. We do not refund for animal sightings, but we don't charge more either! Cell phone service may be spotty at the home but it is equipped with excellent wifi service. Cell phones may be switched to wifi calling and will continue to be functional in the home. Dune Ranch is located on a dirt road. This is maintained by the HOA and plowed during the winter months. Be aware the road will be bumpy, but it does not require 4-wheel drive to access the home. This home is a Michigan cabin. Though we have air conditioning, please be aware that the basement can get cool in the summer when it is running. Extra blankets are provided for comfort, but turning off the air conditioning during cooler days will help regulate the basement temperatures. Please note - basement bedrooms are nonconforming as they do not have an egress window.

We spend weekend with our family and can’t find enough words to explain how grateful it was , so nice location and we love so it was no service, so we just enjoyed time and look how nature is great . Fire pit is beautiful. Rooms were so comfortable and spacious. Recommend for everyone!!!

The home is located in a serene setting with only the trees, sand and waves for company. A rare find with no stairs, bluff or incline - a few steps and your toes are in the beautiful sand.. Everything you need in the kitchen to make meals ; games, cards, puzzles, air hockey table for fun times ; immaculately clean, open light concept throughout , Peaceful and perfect!

What a breathtaking, private Lake Michigan sanctuary for our family gathering. The view is incredible and accommodation comfortable, clean and cozy. We loved our stay here and will come again. Jess was very helpful beforehand with everything from close golf course to beach wheelchair access. We loved our stay! Thank you

The house, setting, and views were spectacular. Perfect place for an extended family with the two-floor setup. Would happily book the house again for a future (hopefully even longer) trip.

Perfect stay for our 10 person group! The house was beautiful with the most amazing beach access. Easy to get to downtown Northport, Suttons Bay, and Leland. We had a few meals in and the kitchen setup was fantastic - for once, a place that had more than enough dishes, glassware, cooking gear, spices, etc.! We also had severe thunderstorms two of the nights we were there and the only hiccup was that we lost internet for a couple hours overnight. Would return again in a heartbeat!
