Location is key for The Barton House, located two blocks from Union Street downtown and 3 blocks from the Boardman River.

Enter this modern home into the open concept main living area. The kitchen is beautifully updated with stainless steel appliances and a large island. The kitchen table seats 6 and there is additional seating at the island so you can entertain a group. The living room has multiple seating options and a smart tv where you can log into all your streaming services. Upstairs there are two bedrooms including the primary and a daybed/office combo. The primary bedroom has a ensuite bathroom, king bed, and large walk in closet. The second bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a day bed and trundle as well as a desk so the room can serve multiple purposes. The laundry is also located upstairs between the bedrooms. Basement is fully finished but the living area is currently unfurnished. This would be a great space if you are traveling with children and need play space or to utilize as storage. The third bedroom is located off the living space with a queen bed and additional bathroom.
