Good to know
The Little Dipper is a tiny haven nestled on the shores of Grand Traverse Bay. When you arrive, there is parking available for 2 cars out front. The front door will lead you into the main open floor plan living area of this cottage. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, spices, and small appliances for cooking meals. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch, as well as seating for your whole group to watch the Roku TV. In the back of the unit, you will find the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstands, and a dresser. The bathroom is newly renovated and includes a full soaker tub and shower. Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and paper products are included in your stay. In addition to the condo, you have access to 400 feet of shared lakefrontage and beach. The shoreline can be a little rocky, so bring your water shoes to get the most enjoyment out of the bay. We can also help you set up rentals for water sports gear such as paddle boards and kayaks.
Other Details to Note
Please note that this unit DOES NOT have a washer and dryer. The closest laundry mat is located 15 minutes south on M22 in Suttons Bay.
