This is a perfect little country home for a visit to Traverse city. The house is fully stocked and has tons of outdoor games and a walkable trail. Our family enjoyed our stay.

This house was a perfect home base for our trip to northern Michigan. Close enough to so many fun things. One of the best stocked, well thought out places I have stayed. Loved the private dock on the bay and secluded back yard!

We had a great stay as first time visitors to the area. Jess’s place is clean, comfortable, and very thoughtfully appointed to support a wide range of interests - from cooking at home to going out and adventuring. Having things like beach towels and bikes available for use helps the traveler enjoy their stay rather than figure out how to find/rent items like these. Her place is right next door to a popular breakfast/lunch spot, a lively bar/grill, and 15 minutes walking to the lakeshore. She also left us several considerate items - local coffee, a bottle of local bubbly, and local whisky to try! For the road-weary travelers, these gestures really made us feel welcome. Traverse City is a perfect spot to explore the Lake’s NE shore, and Jess’s place made the stay even better.

The house in Northport was perfect for our getaway! Spotless with everything we needed on hand. Awesome outdoor spaces, walkable to town, easy check-in. Jess is a great and responsive host. Bonus points for being so dog friendly! Would rent again!

This was the perfect spot for a girls weekend for 4. Walking distance to so much and the parking allowed us to travel around the area as well. We had everything we needed and more! Highly recommend staying at Jess’s place.

Where do I start? This place was just fabulous. It was located on several acres of private property, so just super relaxing and peaceful. The Betsie River frontage was so serene and peaceful. To hear the running water while sitting on the deck was so amazing. The home itself was well appointed with clean linens, up to date kitchen, very well stocked, and lots of windows to take in the view. We even saw a hummingbird while at the kitchen window that hovered to say hello. How magical! The location couldn’t have been more perfect for our interests which is golfing, boating, and vineyard visits. All were within a short drive making it just the perfect location. The best compliment I could give this place is “we will be back again”!

Our family of 6 had a great stay at Jess’ farmhouse. The location is private and peaceful. The house was clean and well-stocked. There was plenty of firewood, dishes, cooking supplies, etc. We cooked dinner at the house every night! The beds were comfortable, and there were enough for everyone (which is rare for a family of 6.) It was great to be so close to so many beaches and favorite spots in Leelanau.

This airbnb was absolutely perfect. So well appointed! So walk-able to great coffee, cideries, shops, cocktails, beaches and even bikes for the bike path around Boardman lake. Swans! 40 minute drive to the most stunning beaches, rock hunting and small towns. We are coming back!

The cozy Little Dipper cottage is a dream, complete with a private beach oasis on Northport Bay and numerous thoughtful amenities. I don't think I've ever encountered an Airbnb kitchen as well-stocked as this one! And hearing the sound of waves crashing along the shoreline while drifting asleep? Priceless. Truly, this was the perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate our sixth wedding anniversary. We can't wait to return.

We loved our stay here in TC. This was a very walkable location to Front Street and Jess thought of everything…. From complementary wine and whiskey to travel size toiletries, we felt welcomed and she had many recommendations for us to check out too. We will be back and hope to stay in some of Jess’s other locations!
