Very clean, well appointed, family friendly home. We had a 3 month old infant with 6 adults and everyone was right at home. Great, centrally located between Traverse City, Suttons Bay and points north. We had an awesome stay!

Beautiful house. Amenities were much appreciated. Perfect size for our family. Great fenced in backyard for the grandkids. Access to the lake was easy and perfect for the kids as well. We will definitely rent again.

Cabin gave a boutique, rustic vibe. Perfect for the area! Location of the cabin felt very secluded, yet close to the areas we wanted to explore . It was easy to communicate with Jess and she was very accommodating. She had a bag of local coffee placed by the coffee pot for us to enjoy! Cabin was clean and very comfortable. Exceeded our expectations.

We enjoyed our stay very much. A great location, an easy walk to downtown, and plenty of room for our group. A couple of visits to Rare Bird for happy hours and breakfast below at Archie’s were bonus treats! I definitely appreciated having a dedicated parking space in this busy area.

Wow! Jess' place is heaven in the middle of the Leelanau Peninsula. We were supposed to camp and it was pouring when we arrived. I found this beautiful spot and messaged Jess at 4 pm to see if there's any way she would accommodate a same-day check-in and she was incredibly considerate, helpful, and a delight to communicate with, facilitating a same-day check-in for us at 7 pm, then giving us another hour on the day we checked out since we couldn't get into the house until a little later on our first day! While I missed camping, sleeping in the house is like being in a big (super comfy and dry!) tent if you want it to be...windows open, lovely forest breezes. The layout is incredible. Multi-levels make amazing use of the space and it was just so wonderful, I'll be trying to book it annually for our trip up north from here on out.

We loved staying here. When we needed a quiet place to relax and read or do a puzzle, it was perfect. When we wanted to get out and explore all the little towns and or hit the beach, it was perfect then too. We ate mostly from farm stands and enjoyed all the little shops and restaurants. The dogs also loved our daily walks through the woods! We needed to bring in our own water for the trip— the well water wasn’t for us— but we were happy to call this place home for our stay and we miss it already. Jess was great, too! Very responsive and helpful.

Enjoyed the stay at the M22Birch House. Will definitely stay longer next time. Didn’t realize how much there was to do in the area. The house was perfect! The weather was perfect! Couldn’t ask for anything more!

We loved the cozy cottage in the forest!!! It was perfect for our annual girls trip! The kitchen had everything we needed, it was clean and organized, and very tastefully decorated. The beds we comfortable and the dining table was perfect space for a thousand piece jigsaw puzzle! Only one suggestion - please put curtains on the bathroom windows! We know its woods but it would have helped us feel a tad safer. We would absolutely book here again and recommend to everyone we know. Thank you for hosting and making a wonderful memory for us!

We had a great stay in Stillwater. The house is beautiful and fit our family perfectly. We had everything we needed with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The boys spent time kayak fishing. Nothing caught but a couple nibbles. We spent the days visiting some of Michigan's best beaches and had some great dinners at local restaurants. Even spent a day down in Traverse City for brunch, putt-putt and local ice cream. Thanks!

What a breathtaking, private Lake Michigan sanctuary for our family gathering. The view is incredible and accommodation comfortable, clean and cozy. We loved our stay here and will come again. Jess was very helpful beforehand with everything from close golf course to beach wheelchair access. We loved our stay! Thank you
